I am a freelance Microsoft Certified Trainer and consultant with my own limited company (Cope Consulting Ltd) .

I have been training and consulting on Microsoft products since 1995 before which I spent approximately 17 years in the telecommunications Industry working mainly for Cable and Wireless and associated companies in various capacities from enginneering to management.

I was also a chartered engineer and MIEE (not renewed) and have technical experience in:
